Hey Rocket.

Was wondering about you last night.

That Bama team sure looked familiar, didn't it?

J.A. Adande says via twitter: Football source on Pete Carroll to Seahawks: "Done deal. Done done done deal." That's not 100% confirmation, but I'm inclined to believe it

LINK

Adande appears on Around the Horn now and then, covers the NBA for ESPN.com.

Adande also teaches at sc and is around the program a lot. I doubt he would say that if he wasn't sure about it

The real word is it's a done deal folks. Riley and O for the defense. We will be in great shape.

Overall meltdown. But if you look at posts, most understand, have accepted, but are disappinted to say the least. Those who think Riley and Coach O will come are okay for the most part. I don't see a bunch of anger. A few thinks the world is coming down and a few think sanctions are on the way. USC simply cannot match the money and this sets PC up for retirement like he's never dreamed. 6/60 or so.

yes, but most who have been in the know before (based on being right on many many things) say Riley and O are all but a done deal. But yes--lots from the regulars.

riley is a helluva coach. not the sexy name many would want, but the man wins with mid level talent at best. seeing him get ahold of usc's roster will be scary.

Riley with all that talent may be very good

Carroll is a great coach but sone new blood may not be a bad thing

This move isn't about money.

Will Ferrell and Snoop Dogg could do a movie together to generate 60 million.

There's more to it.
