I wouldn't have minded hiring his as the OC in waiting. But not after the way the passing game and WRs performed last season. Next years team will be too good to take a chance.

the title was to justify the pay raise. not really known how much control he really had during the season. as most saw, the offense was a carbon copy of the previous year for the most part.
