One of the few times I've ever seen a university fire a coach for being such a failure then hiring him again to mess something else up. One of the many Miles mistakes. He was a decent recruiter but a horrible coach at practically everything he coached at LSU. Don't think it was a coincidence defense sucked when he was co-dc, LBs were mediocre when he coached that, then our great ST under Miles kinda...went downhill.
