I can't believe Auburn is even considering hiring this cockroach. He is never going to change his slimy scumbag personality. If anything, being hired at Auburn would reinforce it bc it would prove that no matter what he does he's always going land on his feet.

He's caused epic shitstorms everywhere he's coached, but I'm sure Auburn would be different.

Which is of course why he did what he did at Arkansas. He thought "I'm Bobby motherfricking Petrino and I'll do what I want, no one will say shite" and he was right in regards to a lot of our fans.

I hope Auburn doesn't hire him, I hope no one hires him; for the simple reason of there are too many good coaches with integrity and honesty to keep guys like him in the mix.

frick Petrino.

He left louisville loaded...it's not hsi fault that krags is incompetent, and you could argue that he didnt leave arky, but even after being booted he left a lot of talent on that team. Did anyone really expect john l to keep the momentum?

The atlanta situation is odd...but over all he handled it miserably, but i don't know all the inner workings for that and would be open to hearing the details. You are right about tha one.

If you're a moral guy i get it, i personally don't care. I don't buy into the fantasy that college coaches at this caliber are hired to mold young men.

I also don't think he'd leave auburn because he is running out of chances, if he hasn't already, if you think that's eye rolling worthy then thats fine, just an opinion.

Sure. Let's discuss your 0-8 SEC season. But I guess that's unoriginal too.

You don't have to be a moralist to see the plainly obvious: BP is a miserable dirtbag & that's why he's been embroiled in controversy his entire HC career.

Whatever school hires him deserves what they get.

But i can separate the two. You're talking about his personal life, i'm talking about coaching (because i don't think he left all those places in shambles like you'd have us beleive)

Between sidelines win football games...everywhere else in your life if you're a dick you're a dick.

So yea, you kind of do need to be a moralist to get on your high horse about it.

BP obviously can't separate the two. Hes such an enormous dick that he can't just turn it off when he goes to work.

Are you serious with that crap?

You realize that we began the season with two walkons starting on the offensive line, right? And that it wasn't due to injury in the off season, it was due to pitiful recruiting.

And on defense, well I can think of about 4 players that would even have sniffed playing time at Bama, LSU,Georgia,or Florida, and possibly not even for TAMU this season.

The plain and simple fact of the matter is BP is over rated as a head coach, oh and feel free to wander over to Hogville and see where I posted the exact same things about BP his first season at Arkansas.

He would make a great offensive coordinator. As a head coach he is pathetic. He's Houston Nutt with a pass happy offense and better in game coaching.

Why do you think we got thumped by Bama every year?

Guess not...admittedly i don't follow arkasnas football except when you're having your way with auburn.

Seems to me you were ranked pretty high to start the season. Thats what i was going by.

Because you, like most teams don't ahve near the talent on the roster they have.

I'm not sure what average recruiting is for arky (before/during/after petrino) but i doubt it's that great.

I don't have a problem with it, and i disagree that they're aren't separate. If we wanted a good moral man we'd have kept chizik.
