Great. They needed to put this shite to bed early. It won't be completely over until UT makes their hire after the bowl season, and the NFL hiring season does down, but it will still steady the waters for recruiting.

Aranda pretty much had LSU bent over a barrel. He got whatever he wanted.

Aranda deserves as much as O does. Without him O wouldn't have gotten this job.

Aranda should make more than O on better IQ alone.

agreed. and he is arguably a top guy and possibly only behind saban. he has DC experience UNLIKE O. Would be somethinmg if O flops and DA is placed as head coach. Hell Aranda was more qualified than O this go around but Joe the plumber said he was only interested in a offensive guy with head coaching experience. That ruled out aranda and should have ruled out O. so much for that!

Aranda is also getting bonuses for teaching how to speak correctly to O. They have lessons scheduled every week. I hear that makes up a big portion of his new contract.

I seriously doubt O has a low IQ, in fact I'm sure it's a fairly high IQ. O catches a lot of flack because of his accent. I was totally against the O hiring but I don't buy him being labled a dummy one bit.
