Is he going to Texas with Herman? Is he a possibility for our OC position?

It's more complicated than that. The track coach had a destination case against UT and major name is in it BC he didn't get fired for doing similar behavior.

Applewhite's situation was drastically different than Beverly's

If you are the HC you cannot have a relationship with a player. Major Applewhite wasn't in control of the trainer's job.

They also employed him for 4 more years AFTER the incident'

He also got fired not because of the incident but because Charlie Strong changed staff's

HE can never return to Texas. His name is listed in a pending law suit and he is not allowed to ever coach there again per newspaper article here in Austin.

Hanny and Ott just said on the radio that the legal stuff is worked out and he's going with Herman. He may get the UH job, though.
