If Alleva is able to bring in Herman ? I just see this as a lose/lose with O. He's so good with the D line and his recruiting is second to none.

I'd say barring a team hiring him as head coach, I don't see him leaving unless he just wants to. I think he enjoys being a little bit closer to home though. He has kids playing in college just down the road. But that's just my opinion.

I'd say there's an excellent chance he stays. I'm sure those recruits are asking him that same question.
