Wut?

A coach that is improving every year isn't getting canned. Bert overcame tremendous injuries this year to get to 8 wins.

The major focus will be the endless hoping Saban just does SOMETHING with some window dressing about other openings that no one really cares about. Probably something along these lines.

I know someone who is a big donor at Texas and he has told a friend of mine who works the Golf Course in Austin that they will do WHATEVER it takes to get Saban and Saban will go due to the Austin nightlife, abundance of hookers and blow. 15 mill yearly and 50% ownership of the LHN. He has been telling anybody that will listen that since 2007 he has hated coaching at Bama and this time.....seriously...this time will be the time to either make his move or he will stay at Bama...seriously, this time I mean it.

You just know Sabans failure in the NFL is driving him crazy especially seeing Pete Carroll and what he's doing.

The endless pressure of coaching Bama has worn thin on him.

Miss Terry was looking at houses in _______. However, NOBODY saw her in __________ but did see her on said day in Tuscaloosa. But, I'm telling you she was in _______looking at houses because my friend knows a big donor there and he said it's a done deal.

I can tell Saban has had it. He doesnt have the fire anymore and is getting out. His days of dominating are over. I can tell I'm telling ya.

I guess everyone thinks Saban is retiring or leaving. Eventually someone may be right in suggesting that. I dont see it happening anytime soon.

The OP subject was to take your shot at coaching changes predictions. Nothing more, nothing less. I'm sorry if an aging Nick Saban made that list as a potential retirement and it somehow upset you. The cold hard fact is that it's not out of the realm of possibility.

Yes there are a chosen few, but by and large the only people obsessing over Saban are gumps and ESPN.

And for the love of God Bama fans, stop calling him "Nick" like he's your best friend. He's not, and doesn't want to be.

Nick has been leaving every year since year 2. You guys just can't stand that Nick is kicking arse at Bama. I heart Nick.

Careful with "you guys". I can care less if he stays or goes.

As for the rest, I for one appreciate the smart arse nature of your response!

The Texas/TAMU fight over Herman will be even better than the Aggie/LSU Chavis bitchfest.

Actually I bet not. It is one of those things that seems obvious but isn't.

At Texas Charlie will find a way to win the games he needs to win to get to a year 4. In order to hire the OC they hired a very clear goal was set for him to continue on at Texas after 2016, and I think given their schedule they will find a way to get to that point.

A&M seems like the more obvious choice for a new coach, but for two reasons that won't happen: 1. Herman probably won't come to A&M, and without a solid replacement for Sumlin many boosters will get cold feet and 2. We will have a better season than many expect (like 9 wins) because we always do our best when the worst is expected from us.

Heck everyone was just so sure that Herman would end up at some Power 5 job this year and he didn't. He will get a full three seasons at Houston.
