Personally at first I didn't like the Coach O hire, but what he has done with retaining Aranda and getting a great OC like Canada really excites me what they could bring to the table next season. I'm extremely exited to see Canada and Aranda can do with their sides of the ball because they are two of the best coordinators in the business. Maybe O won't be bad as everyone thought! yeh man, I'm starting to feel more optimistic about the situation. Orgeron being a motivator and recruiter and doing the things other than coaching that are the HC's job never worried me.

I was a big Canada supporter all this week, and am extremely pumped about our future having him and Aranada together.

However, next year is a different beast with lots of challenges:
-On the road at Bama
-On the road at Florida
-On the road at Ole Miss
-On the road at Miss St
-On the road at Tennessee
-On the road in Houston vs BYU

...with no Fournette, J Adams, K Beckwith, Tre White, E Pocic, T Dural, T Bower, L Neal, D Riley (and maybe no M Dupre or D Godchaux)

Realistically, it will be a tough year for LSU.
Out the losses from this year of Bama, Arky, UF and AU, I think LSU could flip one of those into the W column (Arkansas).

We beat the fat frick in Arky 38-10. We lost to Wisconsin after Brandon Harris reminded us he is not a starting qb in the sec.

the sec is down. I see a loss @ bama but the rest are winnable. were not coming off the death penalty for god sakes.
