Zero risk to jump to the NFL.
I'm not sure how any LSU fan could oppose this hire.

I'm sure I speak for a lot of folks when I say, I don't believe that he is the hire. I believe that his agent is savvy and is conditioning the market to get him a raise and an extension at LSU's expense.

Yeah that makes sense....but the schedule is soft as Riley and ND decruits itself....unimaginitive offense....man it all depends on how he can recruit and I have no idea

He has the 4th ranked recruiting class in the country, is sitting on a 11-1 record with a chance to go to the playoffs.
99% of coaches don't have that as their "peak".

Couldn’t agree more. Additionally, he is recruiting just fine for a school that has higher academic standards than us and worse in state talent. The rankings below are the composite for ND since 2017.
2017: 10th
2018: 10th
2019: 15th
2020: 18th
2021: 9th
2022: Currently 4th with 17 blue chip recruits.
