Honestly, it's probably the best coaching staff since Meyer's Mattison/Strong/Mullen trio. Lots of solid recruiters/developers in this group.
I'm not sure on Skipper, but I trust McElwain on picking a RB coach and both Skipper's brother and dad coach RB's in the NFL. Also, Tim himself coached up Ryan Mathews at Fresno. At RB coach, it's really about your personality as a recruiter. All you are really teaching is blocking and ball security outside of that.

Poor playcalling is a result of meh gameplanning. McElwain will have a heavy hand in gameplanning I'm sure.

Looks like a solid staff. I'm glad Derek Lewis won't be recruiting Louisiana for y'all anymore. Was he cut loose I guess?

Yes. The only coach being retained is Mike Summers. Travaris Robinson had the option but opted to follow Muschamp. The rest were let go.

I'm going to be pulling for UF a lot more now. Coach Mac is a great guy and one of my favorite coaches I've met.

He's a cool guy. Mac spent 30-45 mins yesterday tailgate hopping with UF fans.

I like it. Randy Shannon was a great one, especially for Miami connections. I like what JM has to offer at least, so even if the assts aren't sexy in popularity, he's got guys who can fit it and ultimately do the job.

I like McElwain and wish him the best. I think he was under appreciated by some Bama fans.

Vidic there were some when he left. I didn't say all. I also think some have come to realize how good he was and have changed their mind. Wasn't trying to troll, just what I saw.
