The positive side of telling team early

When nick Saban left LSU it waited as long as he could to break the news. With Les Miles letting his team and LSU know he wants to go home opened up several doors that Saban slammed shut in 2004. With the news coming out so soon LSU has a better chance of getting the man they want, instead of a Florida (Urban Meyer). Now the players, I'm guessing Miles is a well liked guy and they want to send him and LSU out with a BANG.

I'll make things a little easier to read in the future. My point was IF LSU had wanted Urban Meyer they had no shot at him because he's was already taken by Florida. With everything happing so soon LSU can approach anyone they wish. Example....Tuberville and Arkansas .
