Random Guesses:
"The Son"
Jon Snow, son of Rhaegar, comes to power in Westeros and at the end of the series rules over Slaver's Bay and the other areas conquered by Dany.
Dothraki Sea goes barren
The Wall falls in the battle with the Others.
It appears that Dany had a miscarriage at the end of ADWD. Or could this be something with the womb of the world?
Obviously, Dany was asking about Drogo, but could the "he" be referring to Rhaegar?

aeron "damphair" greyjoy can "magically" revive men who drown by pushing on their chest and blowing air into their mouth

That was my first thought, but quentyn is such a minor character and I'd like to think that the prophecy is talking about bigger things.

Pyke says something in his letter about how dead are rising from the sea
Patchface drowned and came back as a prophet

Reviving that way < Reviving a hanged man
I don't take CPR as magical.

its possible, but:
that might take a lot more than 3 dragons spittin flame
unless it starts a ridiculous wildfire from just a few fires or if the prophecy is just talking about PART of the sea going barren

At the end of ADWD, Dany states that the Dothraki Sea was brown, drying, and dying due to drought.

i can dig it
it could also be the way that the unsullied and dothraki get across the sea
being as they're not the most sea-going folk

i like the Womb of the World being the womb that quickens. Dany might regain the favor of the Dothraki hordes

could be reference back to later as being related, but i think that was just a regular case of a guy washing up on shore
