Aspiring Authors and/or Connections

Are there any aspiring authors here in the cooking genre that have written a cookbook or know others/have connections to other who have?

Perhaps “author” for a cookbook is a stretch, but I was curious the process of going about doing this if I/my wife were so inclined?

Nothing today seems like a novel idea, but I believe this idea could be somewhat novel given the circumstances and industry.

Thanks in advance on this piece. I also have a science fiction/fantasy idea as well that I would love to see come to life if I could find someone with the writing skills that I certainly do not possess.
