Good move or not? When asked by the Colts for a private workout, Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III's agent declined. This is according to Colts Owner Jim Irsay's Tweet...
quote:

"A Luck private workout 2day..we want 2b as thorough n disciplined n process of #1 pick..we wanted 2do private with RG3,but his agent said no"
I would have to say going to the Redskins might be a better option than going to Indy. Yes? No?

Indy only wants to use the prospect of taking RG3 as leverage in their negotiations with Luck. Much respect to RG3 for not being a pawn and for not hurting Luck's contract.

He's been to combines and measured and his film has been reviewed plenty. I don't blame him. If they're still that unsure, I wouldn't want them picking me anyway. Besides, going to the Redskins is a much better predicament than following a HOFer.

Smart move by RG3. No point in wasting your time with Indy. They're not going to pick him.
