The attorney for redshirt freshman wideout Ricky Seals-Jones confirmed the misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge against his client has been dismissed by College Station authorities, the Associated Press reported. Attorney Cam Reynolds told AP that the charge had been dropped over a lack of evidence.
Seals-Jones was arrested in the early hours of April 6 after police said he shouted obscenities outside a bar and challenged another person to a fight. Per the AP, Reynolds said his client had been "clearly provoked."
