Jerry Palm with CBSSports.com released his final preseason bowl projections for 2014 and it includes 10 SEC teams. Palm expects Alabama to be the No. 1 seed in the college playoff.

Here is a look at his complete projections:

College Football Playoff:
Sugar Bowl: No. 1 Alabama vs. No. 4 Oregon
Rose Bowl: No. 2 Florida State vs. No. 3 Oklahoma

Selection Committee Bowl Games:
Cotton Bowl: Georgia vs. UCLA
Orange Bowl: Auburn vs. Clemson
Peach Bowl: South Carolina vs. Cincinnati

Other Bowl Games:
TaxSlayer Bowl: Florida vs. Michigan
Outback Bowl: Texas A&M vs. Nebraska
Capital One Bowl: LSU vs. Michigan State
Music City Bowl: Missouri vs. Louisville
Belk Bowl: Mississippi State vs. Duke
Liberty Bowl: Ole Miss vs. TCU

also, the Texas Bowl is higher in the Big 12 pecking order than the Liberty so no way in hell would Texas or any other Big 12 team end up with Monroe as an opponent. It would be the Liberty that gets left out if it came down to those two.
