Harvey-Clemons was dismissed from the football team on Tuesday for a violation of team rules. The team announced the news in a two-sentence press release by the school, with no other details.
The Valdosta native was already facing a three-game suspension to start this season, which was a continuation of a suspension that began with the Gator Bowl, for his second violation of UGA's student-athlete drug policy.
