LSU commit Leonard Fournette from St. Augustine High School in New Orleans, LA is the winner of the inaugural 247Sports composite player of the year award. Per FanSided.com:

St. Augustine) is the winner of the inaugural 247Sports composite player of the year award after finishing the 2014 cycle as the No. 1 player in their composite rankings which is determined by an algorithm which equally weighs rankings and ratings from all major recruiting media outlets.

The 6-1, 230-pound running back committed to the LSU Tigers at the Under Armour All-American Game on Jan. 2 and is considered to be the best running back recruit since Adrian Peterson came out of Palestine, Texas in 2003.
