OP, rest for about 24 hours, then try to do some (low risk) aerobic activity. You really need to elevate your heart rate. Stationary bike, rowing machine, treadmill are all good options. Luna has been one of the top 5 performers through the U23 (and previously U20) cycle. He’s just got that sauce that others in the pool don’t. Plus, he’s started the last four club games and scored in two. Also I think you mean RSL.
