depends....
quartz is more accurate, but powered by a battery, so eventually you'll have to change that battery when it dies...
and automatic, typically self winds with a counterweight that rotates and winds the watch while you wear...

Tissot is in that next tier up from these watches.... a tier that I don't see the need to enter quite yet... maybe one day, but for now, these two serve me well.... i get a lot of compliments on the Citizen, actually...
