I doubt Trump can win NY, but just cutting that 22-23 point lead to single digits is a massive accomplishment.
NY, Illinois, and Cali carry the popular vote. If he gets those in single digits, he dominates the popular vote too. ...

The key point here is that the prosecution and defense are supposed to agree on the jury rules.
But in this case, the judge made his own unilaterally.

Which crime would a jury tackle first? That’s a big clue. If they tackle the falsified records first, then move on once they have unanimity, that’s huge. ...
