I live half a mile from a community just like this. Smaller, probably 20 houses maybe. Our home lines up with the runway so we hear the planes pretty often. There's a few that are loud as frick, mostly the Mitsubishi doctor killers. Alot are collector craft though. Biplanes, and WWII era are common. ...

Our two year old went through 6 months of ear infections after 1 and it was affecting her speech development, or so we thought. We took her to a pathologist and they said she was actually ahead of where she should be.
All that to say an assessment takes an hour, is usually covered by insurance, ...
