Dry skin and fake tits

I’m reaching middle age. My hands, feet, and asscrack are drying out. Got the fancy lotions. Doctors say avoid chlorinated pools but I freakin live in my pool. Any advice?
Also old lady wants better tits. I don’t care one way or another, but if she feels sexier, will that improve things? They aren’t that bad now but I’m a guy.

Contrary to the general consensus on tOT, I don’t think every women who gets a boob job leaves her husband or becomes unfaithful shortly there after.
If y’all can afford them and weighed the pros and cons of elective surgery- and both are in agreement then by all means- she should get them.
Make sure she goes to a highly rated plastic surgeon though. That’s not something you’d want to just be haphazard about.
