Keto chicken nuggets and leftover loaded cauliflower. I’m very pleasantly surprised with this recipe using canned chicken. They are crispy on the outside (2:1 ratio of shredded sharp white cheddar to pork panko for the breading), seasoned and not dry. Will make again. [img]https://i.imgur.com/9N...

Thanks! I saw it on either Instagram or TikTok, thought I “liked” it so I could find it again, and didn’t, so I winged it. I tossed the cauliflower in olive oil and then roasted (air fryer) at 425 for 20 min, then topped with gruyere and popped it back in to melt the cheese. Then added bacon...
