Wife of our deer lease neighbor in Texas was bit by a coral snake. She was rushed to the hospital Seguin and then transported by helicopter to a San Antonio hospital where she was given anti-venom. She had a heart attack after the anti-venom. This was 20 yrs ago and they said it cost them over $1...

Heavy Smoked 2 lbs ground beef and onions/jalapeno slices for 30 min on the weber. In a skillet, added left over red beans to the ground beef and added chili powder/cumin/garlic/harissa to make chili. Will eat for the next several days.
Really delicious! The smoke adds flavor to the chili.

Calculus and differential equations, used for reaction engineering and distillation design as a Chem Eng. Now retired.
Now use Xcel to track garden yields, electricity consumption, tractor maintenance, etc.

We cut up the bones (chicken ,pork, beef, lamb, etc.) , add onions, jalapeno peppers, etc., and cook in a pressure cooker at 15 psig (250 deg F). Cooking time is reduced by half for every 10 deg F higher temperature. So (250-212)/10 = 3.8; or 1 hr in the pressure cooker is equal to about 4 ...
