Had one I haven't seen or heard before. Weird almost clicking sound, when it flew off I was like dang it looks like its flying backwards.

Following. Not for a MIL, but we plan to do this while tearing down our house and building on our property.
Looking at 40x60 though so I have enough room to park an RV.
Plan would be to live in apartment/RV while tearing down and building....

Softball is crazy in my area. Throw a rock and you pass 5 travel teams.
We kick up in January/February. Practice 2-3 times a week. 12-15 tournaments in the spring. Furthest we have gone is 3 hours. Most are under an hour.
Fall is 6-7 tournaments.
Well under 1k for all fees....

We were out of power for the whole memorial day after storms. I have a 2300 Ryobi inverter and a 2250 wen inverter.
Tried to run 2 deep freezers and a fridge on the Ryobi alone and it tripped. Was able to run 2 deep freezers and my pellet grill on the wen and 2 refrigerators on the Ryobi.

I had a tornado hit a rental house of mine, it ripped the deck clean off the house.
Allstate marked the claim up for a box of nails. No bullshite, they were just going to come out and nail it back to the house :lol:
Had the city inspector get involved and the claim progressed.

My company tried to implement it on Fridays with reduced meetings. People just saw open calendars and filled Friday up with bullshite meetings because they can't do their job without direction.
If you want focus time, get to work at 7ish. At least 2 hours a day of no one bothering me....

Ticks at my place have been brutal the last 2 years. The dogs haul off into the woods so they will get them of course.
Constant battle. Spraying talstar P about every 3-4 weeks. Keep everything cut and weed eated down as much as I can.
Have a set of yard work clothes I spray with permithrin ...
