When looking for another job I mostly just look for who pays the most.
Job scope is important. Can’t be a miserable bastard. Schedule is also a big deal for me.
I guess it’s time to move on if you are unhappy and/or a greater opportunity presents itself....

You can catch rainbows in the populated areas. There’s a couple of nice pools in the gatlinburg area not too far away that hold wild and stocked fish
Go up into the national park for brook trout.
North Carolina isn’t too far away either. Some really good trout fishing over there.

The lake water is pretty fresh right now. Although the wind isn’t too bad, water seems fairly clean.
Any good reports of people catching fish? Was thinking about going night fishing and trying around the lights....
