Newgarden probably has a better shot to successfully do the double than Larson. Outside of Larson , Newgarden is in a different universe of talent compared to Bubbw Wallace , or Noah Gragson or Denny Hamlin or the rest of the cab drivers lmao...
Helio is back baby… The blomqvist experiment has ended Also of note Tristan Vautier- is driving for coyne this weekend. Apparently dale has brought his seat to every race since he last raced for them in 2017 lmao...
Max is kind of like Larson where he is more passionate about a different racing series that doesnt pay the bills. I suspect he will get a nice set up in WEC in a few years once get bored of F1 ...
agreed on Pocono- I went in 2013 and it was a pretty big crowd I think the Wickens accident and the hap hazard track repairs to the catch fence in the wake of the accident drew the ire of alot of thr drivers I do want them to go back Ideally the season would look something like this Feb...
issue with Road Atlanta is that super fast blind turn without adequate run off i think a street course around Mercedes Benz Stadium, Centinnel olympic park and state farm arena would be dope however...
https://youtu.be/L4XcBE7QSzc?si=h6p3GeBWy0urFG4p Good David Land video surmising where the other 80% of fans go after they watch the Indy 500 . Avg Indycar race gets around 800k-1.5M viewers (similar to f1) but the 500 gets around 4.8-5.5M viewers over the past few years. I think the issue ...
100%- I think Max in a Penske wins the championship. He , Palou, Leclerc, Alonso Lando, Piastri, Larson and Newgarden are the best in the world I think Lewis would maybe get a win or two- I think he has been a beneficiary of elite cars/teams for his entire career. He also is scared of running...
I'll be surprised if Haas sells the F1 team. The economic realities of the two series are very different. In other words, Nascar teams are barely profitable if they are lucky. Most are not apparently.
Gene, if he sells is going to have a $1Bn minimum asking price. Andretti is...
who won the indy constructors title last year?
WEC which makes F1 look like a spec series by comparison doesn't have a constructors title- what's your point? ...

the engine parameters in F1 are regulated as well There is a ton of engine development and an arms race in Indycar as evidenced by the numerous blown engines and plenum fires both chevy and honda experienced this past month...

welcome home. watching indycar , f1 and nascar with my dad is what cultivated my love for the sport. Indycar is alot better now than where it was 20 years ago but still has a ways to go to get back to the peak in 1993-1995 where it was arguably the most popular racing series on the planet I...
Why didn't one of the teams try a high downforce setup? Is it because it's a spec series and each team is required to run the same aero?[/quote because the mandated chassis that came out in 2018- the IR-18 significantly reduced downforce compared to the cars of the previous era . Theres...

indycars arent spec and those COTA track times are from when they were running a low downforce spec If they ran the manufacturers aerokits (honda and chevy) at COTA the top Indycar times would be comparable to the rear of the F1 field when f1 adopts their next set of regs Indycar should be as...

id love to see both Pocono and MIS back however Pocono has a bit of a stigma from 2015 and 2018 and I’m not sure the facility is safe enough- aeroscreen may alleviate that though MIS would be great but scheduling could be an issue I’d love to see them try Darlington and I think they’d get a...
how does having more races correlate to converting nascar fans? dont get me wrong i’d love to see 22-25 races but Indycar has always been 17-19 races throughout its history...
