I'd suggest buying a few single unit rental properties first
I’ve been in SFH for 14 years now with the first 10 being slow growth. Lots of headaches until I transferred over to PM after getting 10 doors. I’m ready to scale continuously now but considering MFH/Complexes as well.
Did you get the rent rolls and 2023 P&L?
Yea but signed agreement not to disclose. I’m under impression there’s an offer on table. He’ll let me know if I can proceed, but in meantime, I believe it’s a little too big for my first MFH anyways. ...

I’m not going to bite so here you go, still don’t see the hidden snake in this one.
you are not going to notice anything from true trt then if your levels are already at 600
That’s disheartening to hear but probably true. I do need to step it up a notch with my macros and cals.
I have to believe increasing my T by 300-400 would do something....

Moderate fatigue mid-day, but nothing I can’t overcome. Just not on my game as much as early am.
Intermediate on the rest, but it’s what drove m...
Is it currently listed for sale ? If so, how many days has it been on the market?
Yes, listed and on market for 223 days. That part seems suspect to me but waiting on broker to provide disclosures, rent rolls, and other details before making an assessment. I’ll share listing on her...

Yes my levels at last check were around 600~. Wondering if I’m wasting my time or if they will be open to treating based on symptoms and individual goals.
Also wondering how they stand from a price comparison....
should plan on 30%-35% down.
20% will be a stretch liquidity-wise. I could shed 100 cash but not much more. Are most investors that you see coming up with cash holdings, or borrowing against assets to come up with the 30-35% down? I could do it if I’m pulling equity out of land and...
Thinking of buying an apartment complex
Posted by TunaTrip on 5/25/24 at 8:32 pm
Gents,

He hit the 30lb bar for 20 reps today, but can still only push the 45lb barbell for 2 reps. Will move to the 40lb bar next week for 8-10 reps until it’s pretty fluid for him for 12-14. His stabilizers are developing nice. ...
