7.4" on radar. Pretty much no weather stations in the area, though.

This tornado is arguably the best example of why you shouldn't drive when tornadic storms are forecast for your area. This tornado was part of a larger outbreak that produced forty confirmed tornadoes. The Huntsville tornado would be the only violent tornado of the outbreak.

In Huntsville the high for today was 2° off of the record lowest high for June 1. They only got to 70° with 68° being the record.
ETA: Forecast lows for tonight in the area are for the upper 60s. So, there will only be a couple degrees difference between today's high and low temp which won't give...
