Wow that's a lot of steel and concrete. China Construction probably could build a new 12 lane I-10 bridge over the Mississippi River ,next to the existing one, in a couple of weeks ....

I'm not a lawyer or a judge but doesn't the State Supreme Court have some standards of Ethics that must be adhered to ? This judge makes all the other judges in the state look really bad.
We have a Code of Ethics for engineers that we try to follow....
