Thread title was more about WL&F stupidity in not requiring ALL fishing guides to have an OUPV license. The toon in question was overloaded thus contributing to two deaths. Captain was negligent and it will be proven in court he was. ...

My 2 cents, when cat losses like Laura,Delta & Ida occur there aren’t enough knowledgeable adjusters in America to handle the claims. Many companies bring in people who have rudimentary knowledge just to get paper moved. My neighbor had 4-5 for Laura, they quit and some never turned in any paperwork...

LC had a bunch of Cuban dump truck drivers 10 yrs ago. One was a client and a Dr in Cuba. He fell off the radar and I found out from another Cuban he had been detained on his trip out of Cuba. ...
