I was under the understanding that Treasury Notes, if tendered by a debtor in payment of his monetary obligation, may not be refused by the creditor. Public or Private.
Public or private "debts" =/= your concession purchases.
Of course a state can make it mandatory for that...
re: Would you be in favor or doing away with star rating for recruits?

You think a kid wouldn't know they are highly sought after if they have offers from major schools?
You do realize that teams don't offer simply based off recruiting records? (I should say "most" teams . . . teams like Colorado may just do that)...

I wage a continuous and unrelenting war on them in the summer. I will go out of my way to hunt down a single wasp flying around away from the nest.
In the last two years I’ve been hit on the hand and behind the ear. ...

re: What do you do if you can’t find insurance to insure your house?
Posted by TigerDeacon on 5/23/24 at 11:48 am
That sounds nuts. Yes annual but that’s 300 a month just for insurance
That's less than 1% of the total value of the house. Who would take the gamble of losing everything by not paying 1% a year? A home is usually appreciating more than that each year. ...
We all know this. It's a foregone conclusion they're gonna graduate. It would be completely unacceptable if they didn't.
