they also have a TON of real estate that needs to be utilized..
VERY few positions actually require you to sit in a seat, in an office environment and many of the ones left i would imagine are on the way out ...

Hybrid work is not some game changing theory that the US came up with over the last few years..
Our reliance on real estate and filling those buildings, caused the commute to sit epidemic..
as the boomers get out of the power positions, you'll see more building leased out to other corps or em...
