I moved about an hour away and am focusing more on properties closer to home. Plus my kids are older and are busy with sports etc and just don’t have as much time to devote to managing them. I handle maintenance etc myself...

I admittedly don’t watch much LSU softball but I am familiar with the attention whoring black dude who finds his way behind the plate at home games. Obviously he can’t con his way down there at Stanford so I’m assuming that’s his loud mouth we hear as he found a field mic to sit by??...
