I think he has a point if it was Ingram for just a lottery pick. But there's no scenario where you trade Ingram for only a lottery pick unless you are rebuilding. I think Sheppard has the skill set to become more than a tertiary guy though. I think Day 1 he has an impact but he’s got the handles, the shooting and the killer first step where he routinely beats guys on the drive. He could probably improve his passing.
