I've been trying to find it but haven't had any luck. Has anyone seen how they voted on the predicate crime? Did they go unanimous on one, or all, of them or did they do what Merchan said they could and split the baby with them all voting for at least one the 3 predicates?...
Earlier this year McDonalds sparked a national outrage when in a Connecticut location they charged 18$ plus tax for a big max combo. This is the same company that made over 14 billion in pure profit last year.
That's not surprising considering that Connecticut's minimum wage is $15....
Looks like they found inconsistencies when given transcripts of the liar and Pecker about meetings.
They haven't had the read backs for those 4 requested transcripts yet. The DA and Defense are currently hashing out what will be read back to the jury....
He saw their requests were leading toward not guilty
I'm not sure how you can infer from what was asked for that they are leaning towards not guilty. It's magnitudes more likely to be a hung jury than not guilty and even more likely than hung jury that it will be guilty on something...
That tells you they are working on the “2nd crime”.
What? So they decided on 34 falsifying record crimes before seeing if he had an intent to commit another crime? That makes no sense.
That he regularly buried stories for Trump
Including before Trump was even a ca...

They don't even have to find him unanimously guilty on any of the predicated crimes. He will 100% be found guilty because it's a political trial....
While this is the Bee he did actually rule that the jury doesn't have to have a unanimous decision on which law Trump broke just that if all of them think he broke some law then he is guilty. 5 think guilty on charge 1, 3 different ones on charge 2, and 4 others on charge 3 means he would be ...

I think the Secret Service has to have these discussions because it's very likely that Trump will be found guilty and sentenced to prison. It will be a wrongful, political, conviction and he will appeal but the Secret Service has to discuss the possibility. ...

It really is a shame to see him and his wife get wrapped up in hard drugs. His wife looks like a methed up orc. Sadly, he looked better in his mug shot than he has in months. Their downfall has been a year in the making. He was a great guy to watch trials with. He had a sharp legal mind. ...
