Have a niece and nephew with speech issues that went unaddressed until the last year or so.
One is 10 and is struggling mightily with it. The other is 7 and it’s improving, but you can still hear it.
The main issue is the “w” sound instead of an “L” sound when reading or speaking L words.

If you drop the insurance you HAVE to turn the plates in. That’s your fault. If your insurer didn’t inform you, it’s partially on them but still your fault.
You not updating your DL is also your fault. Pay the money and be more responsible ...
