I am 6' and probably weighed 210 lbs when I graduated high school. Weighed in this morning at 153 lbs.
At my heaviest, I was about 225 lbs and sick of myself in college. I fixed it by starting triathlon then bike racing. I got down to around 160 lbs and trained so much that I could out train...

I’ve read that Sherwin Williams Loxon XP is a good option. No need for priming with this product.
Or Loxon Concrete & Masonry Primer/Sealer with a top coat.
