Left LA about 6 years ago. We’re in Apex. Lots to do. COL has gone up and lots of growth. 1000% better than baton rouge. There was a big thread on this same topic a month or so ago....

Thanks man. Power was a bit lower than target but paced it well. Without the fatigue in the legs from Saturday probably could have gone sub 55. I ran it with a 60mm on the front vs the 85mm widow maker lol. The 85mm was probably worth a few seconds as well. Happy with it though…...

Weekend races are over.. finished with the sprinters in the road race yesterday but couldn’t do a good sprint since i’d been fighting cramps for the last 10 miles, ended up 10th. 40k TT was th...
