I hate to be a Debbie downer, but there are a couple of reasons it isn't selling - 1. Priced too high 2. Shitty pics on the interwebs(seriously - pay the money for quality pics) 3. Your house isn't nearly as nice as you think it is The reality is that those houses you hear about selling in ...
I've noticed that the market for older used cars with low miles tends to get pretty crazy. There is an argument to be made for the value of those being high...probably not THAT much higher...but the "rare barn find" crowd tends to eat these up....
That's the point. It funnels more money to private schools. Every private school would have new football stadiums within a few years of this passing.
Have you seen the facilities at public schools? As a parent of a kid that goes to a small private school without super fancy facili...
We started doing this in Arkansas last year. It's called the LEARNS act. They are slowly rolling in new student eligibility over the first several years. So far the private school my kids go to hasn't doubled the tuition yet. My kids are juniors currently so we'll only end up benefitting for 1 y...
All I'm going to say is - they make a lot of cats and dogs. As luck would have it, a bunch of them live down at the shelter and can be had for a nominal adoption fee....
On the real - this could be a negotiation play with their current suppliers. Just saying something like this publicly could put the screws to those that currently buy from. Don't just buy into the headline. Business is business....

As mentioned above, I agree that many more legal issues will be popping up for dual agency because this will force cash strapped buyers to enter in to agreements without representation. Can't wait for threads about how the seller screwed them on a deal and they are now seeking legal help. Why wou...
Hourly rate. No reason this shouldn't happen.
This sounds good on paper, until you realize it will work like a divorce lawyer. Nickel and diming the shite out of you for every phone call/interaction because it's the only way they can make any money. ...
And yet, almost every other country has fully functioning real estate markets with much lower transaction costs.
Every other first world country has also figured out basic socialized healthcare...but here we are. ...
Maybe that's the problem- the people that actually make the transactions pay for the people that look at houses for 2 years and just never seem to find 'the one', or the person that 'knows' how much their house is worth, despite their realtor telling them it's $50,000 high. Sounds like Ame...

My policy these days is - 1. If I have to come to you to receive whatever good/service I'm purchasing, no tip. 2. If you are the owner of a business that performs a service, your price is your price. I'm not tipping you. My barber kept raising his rates during covid. He's really really go...
