I own a '22 with 35K miles. Only issue I had was a bad hardtop pc which was replaced by Ford. Great ride, lots of bells and whistles, very happy with the purchase. Go check out eh bronco6g forums and you will get a good variety of opinions (mostly good). :usa:...

Developing commercial properties is challenging in today financial and social climate. Just getting the entitlements on a piece of dirt to put a building in a location that may or may not be the right location for the asset you plan to develop can take any where from 3 months to 2 years (or longer)....

William Hunt an oil tycoon died recently... Same Hunt family who owned the Chiefs. Not sure he was worth that amount for the estate tax to be $7bil....

That study is silly... For those who have been doing IF for years unknowingly by not eating breakfast and somewhat following the 16/8 method, I would recommend you really try the 16hrs of absolutely nothing but water. I believe most who think they fast for 16hrs don't actually do it and may snack...

I like a cold plunge after a good cardio workout and trip to the sauna. Its refreshing only because I'm a few degrees hotter than normal and if you do it regularly its really not that uncomfortable. The gym keeps ours at 60 degrees but we go dip in the pool during the winter when it gets in the ...

Weight lifting Pickleball Guitar Kids sports/activities (not really my hobbies but teaching them up is) I'm 39 and haven't been this active since I was 25. ...
