I came out of Basic Training at 5'11" 155. Right now I am at about 162. My high was about 178. I need to get back to 155. Age: late 50s.
I am more attractive now....

It's not just slow drivers either. People going fast seem to think that they should stay in the left lane even when they aren't passing anyone....

I put my brisket on the grill at 6:00pm and pulled it off at 11:00pm and stuck it in the oven for overnight. I am at 196 right now....

In Baton Rouge I pick up MeTV as an over the air channel.
As a poor I use an antenna to watch useless crap on tv instead of paying for cable or satellite to watch useless crap on tv....
