Or atleast be able to use some of the lesser bull pen arms to close the game out to save herring and ack for Sunday.
Same for Saturday.

Hoping Little is ok.
Hurd can do damage but needs a short leash.
Cam Johnson didn’t pitch.
Still like Coleman.
Guidry is great when he is hitting his spots.

Dude got through the first 2 innings easy.
The 3rd got away from him but really it was only after the ump blew multiple calls for strike 3.
He just needs to keep it mentally regardless of the calls. I think he will still be big down the stretch.
Dude is electric and can still give 2-3 inn...

That’s why I’m saying a lower pitch count compared to their normal bull pen days. They likely throw 50 bp pitches. Go out and throw 1-2 inning in a game 20-30 pitches. ...
