You're right, which is why the 5.0 and 6.2 are the engines of choice to those in the know. If you need a diesel, the Duramax and Scorpion lead the way. If you don't mind the racket and the crappy NVH, get the 6.7. All are subject to constant manufacturing "improvements", however. ...

All the downvoters are welcome to a different opinion, but my post is factual. I recconrnd Tundras and Lexus to people regularly, as they are excellent vehicles, but there are certainly more powerful and more fuel-efficient V-8's in that class. ...
