It's not showing up on their website, so it probably is closed. There's one in the Albertson's on George O'Neal now....
I'm a mom of four grown children. My suggestions: Flowers, a plant, a restaurant gift card or evening meal with my son, chocolate, a special dessert, a book or music gift card, a letter of appreciation, tickets to my favorite event, etc....
I agree. I've been watching LSU baseball since the sixties; there have always been good years and bad years. It's time to enjoy the wins, learn from the losses, and support those who stay and work to get better....
Pandora premium for years. I've discovered a lot of new music and groups with them. ...
My parents married 7 weeks after their first date in 1955. They were married for 53 years (until his death)....
Everybody in the '70s had just one phone in their house. It was a rotary phone that stayed in some central location, with a cord that could only be stretched so far. If someone was on that phone, you just had to sit and wait for them to finish.
Most of the families I knew had at leas...
You do have to include the sports package to your Sling subscription to get the ESPN channels. It has everything except ESPN+....
Yes, I've had no problems with it. I've watched all major LSU sports with it. REV is a local internet service for the greater Baton Rouge area....

I put out the feeder at the beginning of March. Saw evidence of activity about a week later (feeder swaying, no wind). This morning I saw my first hb. Shenandoah area, EBR ...
I don’t mind seeing a NP or PA for urgent care crap when it’s something that I know what I need- abx or X-ray or what not- but for ongoing care, yearly visits and anything other than urgent care needs- I always schedule with my medical doctor.
This. It's easier to get in to see ...

Thanks for letting us know. Continued prayers for recovery....
If you don't prefer videos and would like to try the textbook approach, I found the Saxon math textbooks to be helpful. I did what you're doing; I relearned my high school math along with my home schooled children back in the nineties, and those were the textbooks I found the most helpful. (My two t...

My sister who lives in the mountains near Asheville, NC, and my daughter who lives in the mountains near Winchester, VA, both say it’s great. My sister was able to get rid of her rented office and start working from home with Starlink (she’s a consultant). The only downside is the initial inves...

We had Entergy for 25 years in Central. We lost power far more often than my aunt down the road with Demco. We have Demco now in Shenandoah and rarely lose power....

re: Have you accepted death?

Posted by Carolhdg on 1/14/24 at 1:39 pm
Yes. I'm 66, my kids are grown, and I've had a blessed life. The amount of time I have left is in God's hands. "For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain."...

Both of my parents were genealogists, and I took over for them after they passed. I know who my ancestors were going back 14 generations in some lines. I've visited the graves of several ancestors, going back to some of my great, great grandparents. My husband is a Cajun, so on his father's side I k...
I was summoned twice in Baton Rouge, once in my twenties, and once in my sixties. Both times I ended up on a jury for a criminal trial on the first day. The process was fairly efficient, and the jurors took the process seriously; both trials were over by the end of the day. Once you’ve served on a j...
