Insurance co's dropping homes isn't some diabolical evil plan. They are saying "keep your premium, we don't want the risk"....

it is wild that toyota, or any manufacture, would let not properly cleaning the engine be a thing. Thats like the first thing you learn as an engine builder. Hell I'm not even sure something as basic as that is taught--just assumed :lol:...

I believe the resell value of modern trucks isn't going to be anything like the past. Might take a while for people to fully realize the maintenance costs on a turbo charged 10speed truck will be wayyy more than expected. Not going to make much sense to pay 10k for a truck that is going to need $20k...

Building scaffold out of wood is not something I'd spend much time thinking on. The best thing I can think of if you don't want to get more scaffold is to take 2 step ladders and a 2x12 spanned between them. You'll be walking on a plank so its not as secure as scaffold.

I dont know how people who work at walmart, ect manage to live. Maybe if they live with or inherited a place to live but if having to pay a house note or rent, I just don't know how they do it. ...

I imagine a lot of them are happy that the US hemorrhaging money isn't going to end anytime soon. That means the poor countries and going to keep getting their dollars and the richer countries are off the hook on paying their share....

Is one aerial spraying usually enough or do they sometimes have to come back for the stragglers if its very thick? Just wondering if its better to get it done when things are 3yo growth vs 6yo growth to prevent maybe having to pay for a second spraying....
