My grandfather had a place next to sportsman's. Was a lot of fun growing up fishing Cocodrie. Usually had a good trip weather dependent. Connie on the other hand was something else. Not sure I ever saw her in a good mood. For being in the tourism business, she wasn't very hospitable. ...

I booked an overnight Green Canyon Blue Marlin charter out of Venice with a well known captain for June. Told him to look at moon tables and pick a day. This was well in advance of his calendar booking up. He choose four days before the June "Strawberry" Moon. Will report back how it goes. ...
