Crystal is almost same as Louisiana and I use interchangeably.
Valentina regular is awesome mexican sauce.

I had this surgery with mesh. Hurt like hell for three day after. could barely get off the couch. Feels like you did 800 sit ups and forgot to drink water after wards....
